Did You Know?

You don’t need to be an influencer to have your image online and to step up your professional game.
What if I told you that a report from the Impact Learning Center discovered that consumers are 82% more likely to trust a company when the professional is active on social media? Then you would want people to trust you even more!

And that’s not all of it: only 1 in 5 CEOs actually use social channels to stay connected with clients.

We’ve been telling you for a long time that you need online communication, and that’s is the hardest proof you can find!

So what you’re waiting for? Come get your social media and website in place with Technium Design

Why Do You Need an Online Presence?

How’s the job market gonna be after quarantine is over? It’s all uncertain right now. With all the economic consequences that this virus is bringing, we can’t tell for sure what’s the landscape will be when talking about work.

More than ever, it’s essential that you have the freedom of the market and do not depend on companies to survive. If you get fired, what would you do? If clients stop coming to your place, will you just be desperate?

There is a better way to deal with all of this! When you have your online image, profile, and website, you can show up to people and raise your chances that someone wants to work with you or buy from you. You have your channel to communicate. No matter what profession you have, you can be free.

But guess what?

On these “online” times we’re living, everything people need it’s searched on Google. If you need a service, you go there. If you want to buy a product, you go there.

But does that mean that Google will destroy the chances of small businesses to sell? No way! If you want to be booked by clients, you gotta appear where they search: Google.

Technium Design provide this type of services. It’s called Google My Business

With a Google My Business account, you get more than a business listing. Your Business Profile lets you easily connect with customers across Google Search and Maps

How it Works

Once you’ve submitted your inquiry, I’ll get in touch to arrange a meeting with you using Zoom to discuss your project in more detail. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for me to get a better understanding of your business and needs for the website. Meanwhile, you’ll be able to ask me any questions you have too!
After our call, I’ll send you my contract and deposit invoice so that we can schedule a date to get started on your project.

On the first day of the project, I will send over a selection of WordPress templates that I will have analyzed and handpicked for you. You’ll be able to browse through the demo websites and ask me any questions you have about the capabilities before we select one that is suitable for you. Once we have done this, you probably won’t hear from me for a few days! I’ll be setting up the website and designing your pages as a first draft.

Once you’re happy with the website, I will connect your domain to the new website and show you how to use it, which will automatically publish your website so that people can see the brand new design!

But don’t worry – I won’t be leaving you just yet. Once the final payment is made, I will be guiding you (wa personal tour of the back-end of your website) so that you’ll be able to make any edits you need in the future and have complete control over your new home on the web!

frequently asked questions

Yes, I have created website using other platforms like Wix and Squarespace. I usually use WordPress website design. I’ve been working with WordPress for over 3 years now and I have become so quick at creating sites in it, it means I can keep my prices affordable.

You can find WordPress hosted by Hostgator pricing on their website

At the end of every project, I supply my clients with a WordPress guide and tutorials to empower them to manage and make edits to the website themselves.
Hostgator itself also has award-winning 24/7 technical support and an extensive ‘Knowledge Base’ resource of information. However, for quick questions, I am always an email away!

If you need further edits after our project or any website updates, I can do piece-work at my hourly rate of $35.

This will include filling out a short questionnaire about your business, gathering images and content, and getting your domain details together. I can help you through any of this if you need it!

However, it is a good idea to have a rough idea of how many pages and what features you may need on your website (eg. an email newsletter sign-up form, a blog, or a gallery, etc.) before our initial phone call.
